❓❓❓Are you batting yourself and making the same freaking resolutions every year? Fighting to get to race weight but nothing seems to work? Struggling to stay on track even with big goals ahead of you?

We will help you to understand where you are, set some EPIC goals for 2020 if you haven’t already.  We will hold the line for, providing very SUPPORTIVE, HONEST and fun and juicy accountability and feedback.

We need a team to help us to do the “stuff” when it gets hard.  When we want to make changes and it’s uncomfortable.  We need some help with we don’t quite know what to do. And we need accountability.

WE also need tools.  We have a ton to teach you and share with you.  And I’m pretty excited because YOU will share with us some good stuff too!!!

MANY  MANY MANY resources will be provided to you.  To help you rock it out.  And to find what really resonates with you.

This program will help you do do lifestyle changes that will impact you for the rest of your life, and probably those around you as well.

What we have on the PLAN!!!

Please keep in mind that this is YOUR program.  While we have our plan and how we would like to see things roll out, we will be adapting and adjusting to your feedback and achievements!

🔆NOW – Resetting mindset, set some goals and map it out.  In a bullet pointed way or a dream board kind of way.  Whatever works for you!  We will connect in with WHO we are, WHY we are doing this, WHAT we want to see different and HOW we are going to get there.  The bad habits that we are doing that are slowing us down and getting in our way will be IDENTIFIED and a plan will be set on how to resolve and dissolve those obstacles! 

🔆November – Same work as above with more strength training, nutrition work and Gearing up for the Holidays.  We will give you real tips on how to survive and do no harm without sacrificing fun and family.  Think of setting guidelines but also having grace so you and everyone else is happy and you are accomplishing your mini goals that lead to your big goals.  Also we will be providing tips on how to BUILD IN for the unknown and have a plan for getting back on track even when the cookies are just too good.  

🔆December – Let’s talk about Gifts.  This month, besides the strength and yoga/nutrition work that you will be doing, we will be FOCUSING on the life lesson gifts, dream boarding our way to EPICNESS in 2020 and other magic tools to help with getting your mind right and set for the coming challenges.  We will be encouraging you to do a year recap and have many fun ideas on how to do this. Perhaps even getting your family and friends/training partners involved.   

🔆January – Now that we are really rocking out a good Daily Method of Operation and have our vision very clear, we are going to focus on setting up for continual success.  We will be ramping up the strength, continuing with nutrition work.  There will be many challenges and fun things to do to help facilitate effective work being done.

🔆February – This month is all about Practice Practice Practice, raising the intensity, not necessarily doing “more” and fine tuning all the skills.  There is an idea that we would like you to walk away with and that is no matter what is going on, always DO YOUR BEST.  With everything in mind.  We will really focus on this.  This is a GREAT way to not allow negative mental habits to STEAL YOUR JOY! <3

We will also be addressing the mental skill of objectively looking at what you are doing or not doing.  How that might be getting in your way and how to reset without being hard on yourself and trying something different. This is a big valuable lesson that we need to fine too and make rock solid.

🔆March/April – Month of celebration of hard work and finishing up your tasks, your goals and anything that you need to change up and continue to work on.  Thus is the journey of personal growth.  We will be encouraging you to set more intentions and goals for the next 3 months, next race season.  This time is going to be filled with activity to keep you uplifted and fresh.  Spring time is a brilliant time to renew and emerge from the “off season” a new and stronger more resilient version of yourself.

I have been with Coach BK since March 2019. I have never had a coach before so I didn’t know what to expect. She is BEYOND amazing. She is so knowledgeable and a great teacher. I used to finish every workout prior to working with her dumb, confused and out of sorts- not anymore! She has worked with me on getting my nutrition and electrolytes right and now I have so much more to give during my workouts as well as have my wits about me when I’m done. She works with my schedule, is always available if i have a question and has a heart of gold. She truly cares about her athletes and invests herself in each of us. She pushes me when i need it and makes me believe i can accomplish any of my goals. She has added strength and yoga to my routine that has helped me to stay in the game and not injured. bonnie-blue-plaid-bright-eyes-another-3-683x1024Heya!  My name is BK.  I strive to work hard and make a big DENT in the world around me.  I’m a nutritionist, ironman triathlon, yoga, strength coach and previous Safety Engineer.  I love shenanigens, having a ton of fun, finding the limits and always doing my best.  And LOVING the heck out of my fellow humans. (and dogs.)

I strive to do EPIC things and work hard to support those around me and my athletes to follow their hearts and dreams..  I am here to INSPIRE others to find their JAM and play it LOUD!

I am a child of God, devoted wife, mother of three boys, avid seeker of fun and shenanigens.  Certified Nutritionist.  Certified Triathlon Coach. 500 RYT Yoga Teacher. Mechanical Engineer. 3x Iroman Finisher.  I am passionate and love to help others make changes that will forever impact their lives.

Hi I am Jenniferlyn Kryvicky, MSHNFM, CHC – a nutritionist and coach who specializes in a functional approach to health, wellness, and mental performance. I know first hand the struggles with weight, fatigue, and overall poor health. I am proud of how far I have come in my own life’s journey and am passionate about using my personal experiences along with the tools and knowledge that I have gained over the years in helping others to create their shining best lives.

I work hard and I play hard and I understand the desire of trying to “have it all” or to “make it all work”. I also understand what reality looks like and that is why I am so excited to be partnering with Coach BK on this project!
